1. Tell us about your background and interest in real estate.
I have been fortunate to serve as a Pastor and Director of a camp for a total of 28 years! There have been a few other different jobs all centering around sales or service since then. In July 2020 I made the career change to pursue Real Estate as a full time career.
2. What specifically brought you to Keller Williams Arizona Realty?
Short answer: A long term friendship with Travis & Kerry Bard.
3. What do you like most about working at this brokerage?
The sense of community and team that we enjoy. We work hard and laugh hard too.
4. Tell us about your Committee and its focus.
My committee is focused on creating and maintaining a strong culture. The result is a better workplace with happier people.
5. What motivated you to accept the leadership position of your Committee?
After the initial conversation with the Team Leader, it seemed like a good fit for me. I have a strong desire to help make KWNA a better place as much as I can.
6. What do you hope your Committee is able to achieve this year?
Short answer: Build such a strong culture that area agents line up to be part of something extraordinary!
7. Where will we meet David Coyne ALC 2022 in the future?
I really don’t know. For today, I am working hard to provide great service and care to the homeowners and home buyers that we represent. Tomorrow will take care of itself.
